She was a resident of Rock Springs for 46 years and a former resident of White River, South Dakota. He was a life-long resident of Rock Springs, Wyoming. Guam was transferred to the United States Navy control on December 23, 1898, by Executive Order 108-A from 25th President William McKinley. She died following a lengthy illness.
